Muscaris ist Sieger bei der A la Carte PIWI Verkostung (im Rahmen der autochthonen Rebsorten)
Bei der A la Carte Grand Cru Verkostung - Autochthone Rebsorten konnten wir mit dem Muscaris 2021 einen Sieg einfahren.
"Helle Farbe, kandierte Orange, Litschi leicht florale Noten, saftiger Wein, balancierter, eleganter Trinkfluss, zarter Gerbstoff und fruchtiger Nachhall, lang anhaltend" - 93+ A la Carte Punkte von Chefredakteur Willi Balanjuk.

Der Muscaris wurde 2009 am Kapfensteiner Kogel ausgepflanzt und 2015 wurde daraus der erste Wein gekeltert. Heute versuchen wir die Eleganz der Sorte herauszuarbeiten die Frucht durch die Vergärung und Reifung im Stahltank zu schonen. Die mittlerweile über 10 Jahre alte Anlage bringt jedes Jahr feinere und elegantere Wein hervor, die mit den opulenten Weinen der ersten Jahren nur mehr wenig zuu tun haben.
